The 7th Annual Black Theatre & Arts Festival kicks off on Friday, for 10 days of celebrating extraordinary stories by people of African descent. On Saturday, get those mallets out and head to the Chesapeake Crab & Beer Festival in Charm City, for all you care to taste crabs, beer, and other fine foods.
