Featured Restaurant: The fall will call for cozy bar vibes whether you're toasting to the season with friends or planning your holiday shopping while sippin' on a bourbon. For that, head to Adams Morgan and check out its latest offering--Maison Bar à Vins--centered around a quaint, green marble bar, with a variety of spirits such as Armagnacs, calvados, absinthe, and other French liquors as well as over a thousand wines, largely from France. A menu of tiny and shared plates are offered, which includes taramosalata-filled choux buns, pastoral terrines, creamy-savory smoked eel croquette, and larger plates like rich brioche-stuffed chicken breast with mushrooms. Currently, only the first floor is open, featuring a 12-seater bar, a small back room, and a no-reservation bar area. A main dining room is planned for the second floor.
